Residents' Association Membership

In response to high dissatisfaction with the service being received from the managing agent, Rendall & Rittner and concern about rapidly increasing charges, the Chelsea Bridge Wharf Residents’ Association (CBW RA) was rekindled in 2021 after a period of dormancy.

Since that time, committee volunteers have worked hard to engage with Rendall & Rittner to improve service and improve cost efficiency. We have also engaged with the freeholders to the same end. In 2023, we began the process of applying for Right to Manage for CBW to allow for leaseholder control of the appointment of a managing agent.

​

In order to show that we are representative, we need 50%+ of leaseholders to register, so please support our work by signing up and paying the annual £20 subscription.

​

The funds are used to cover running costs such as the CBW community app, RA insurance, meeting room hire, as well as any legal or consultancy costs that may arise over the next year.
