Right to Manage (RTM) Participation Form
 

As we start to collect signatures to secure Right To Manage (RTM) at Chelsea Bridge Wharf, we have set up this form for leaseholders who have been following our progress over the last few months and are keen to help us get a jump start.

 

RTM is your opportunity to ensure leaseholders gain greater control over decisions that affect our homes and/or investments and to improve the overall standard of the development while effectively managing costs. To express your interest, kindly fill out the form below.

 

Once submitted, your information will be shared with Urang, the company who will prepare a personalized sign-up form. We will then send you this form in a separate email, which you can complete in order to sign up to move forward with the RTM process. In order to carry through the process we need a minimum of 50% of leaseholders to sign up so every signature counts.

 

By completing the form below you are indicating your interest in participating in the RTM process for Chelsea Bridge Wharf and agreeing for us to share your details with Urang.
