Below is the Residents' Association current agenda:

 

1. Service charge accountability - a RA scrutiny committee has been convened to oversee the management company’s tender processes and provide alternative quotes where necessary.

 

2. Accounting transparency - RA has initiated its own tender process with three independent accountancy firms to conduct a review of existing management company expenditure.

 

3. Maitenance - RA has requested the management company to provide a list of current priorities together with target completion dates to be reconciled with a similar list that is being compiled by the RA pursuant to resident’s feedback.
